Kahoot alternative
Kahoot alternative: the whole session in Arabic, not just the quiz
Kahoot and Engage Decks both turn a room into a game the audience plays from their phones. Engage Decks is built Arabic first, keeps every engagement slide on the free plan, and runs the whole session: slides, quizzes, idea walls and Q&A in one deck.
Free plan, not a trial. Arabic and English.
Who this page is for
You teach or train in Arabic, or in Arabic and English together. Your students or trainees love a Kahoot round, and you want the same energy across the whole lesson, with Arabic that reads right to left while you write the questions, not only while the room plays.

Where Kahoot is strong
Kahoot is the quiz game most students already know, and it has a huge library of ready-made kahoots on almost every subject. Teachers can assign a kahoot as homework, even on the free plan, it has apps for Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and its read-aloud feature covers Arabic. If a ready quiz on your exact topic or homework assignments are what you need most, weigh those.
Where Engage Decks is strong
Arabic while you write
The editor itself runs right to left, so Arabic questions with numbers and English terms read correctly before the room ever sees them.
Nothing locked on free
Word clouds, open answers and the idea wall are on the free plan with every other engagement slide. The paid plans add room size, built decks and Engage AI, not the interaction itself.
A whole lesson, not one round
Explain on slides, warm up with a word cloud, brainstorm on an idea wall, take questions with upvotes, and finish with a team quiz, all in one deck.
Move your session over
- Export your slides as PowerPoint or PDF, and copy your quiz questions.
- Import the slides into Engage Decks. Every page becomes a slide.
- Add your quiz and other activities between the slides and present live.
