Interactive presentation software
Interactive presentation software that turns any talk into a conversation
Engage Decks puts live polls, quizzes, word clouds and Q&A on your slides. The room joins from their phones with a code on screen, with no app and no sign-up, and their answers appear as they arrive.
Free plan, not a trial. Arabic and English.
What an interactive presentation is
An interactive presentation is one the audience takes part in instead of only watching. People vote, answer and ask from their phones, and the responses appear on your screen while you talk. It works the same in a hall, a classroom or a video call.
With Engage Decks the slides and the interaction live in one place. You build or import the deck, drop an engagement slide wherever you want the room to speak, and press Present live. A code and a QR code appear on screen, and every phone in the room is in.
In the hall or online
On a video call, share your screen as usual. People join from their own phone or laptop with the same code, and their answers appear on your slide as they arrive.
Every engagement slide, in one editor
Speaker slides and engagement slides sit on one menu, so you never switch tools in the middle of a talk.
- Polls: single or multiple choice, with bars that rise as the room votes.
- Quizzes with a live leaderboard: timed questions, points for being right and quick, and standings by person or by team.
- Word cloud: one word from everyone, sized by how often it repeats.
- Audience Q&A: questions from the room, including anonymous ones.
- Idea wall and Crazy 8s: everyone posts ideas as they come, then the room votes and the best rise. Crazy 8s gives each phone eight boxes and eight minutes.
- Random picker and prize draw: for warm-ups, raffles and choosing who speaks next.
Start from what you already have
Describe it
Write what the talk is about in two lines. Engage plans the deck, shows you the outline to edit, then builds it with the questions already in place.
Import PowerPoint or PDF
Every page becomes a slide. Add a poll or a quiz between any two slides, then export back to PowerPoint or PDF.
Embed Google Slides
Paste a Google Slides link and it runs live inside your deck, keeping its animations and every edit.
Open a template
Ready sessions for a class, a workshop, a team meeting or a keynote, where you can change every slide and option.
Engage AI edits the deck with you
On Pro and Max, describe a change and Engage AI makes it on the open deck: shorten slide 3, turn these numbers into a chart, add an image in your theme, or switch the fonts. It says what it changed and on which slide, and one click undoes it. When you ask it to search the web, the answer and its sources stay in the chat and nothing is written into your slides.
Built for Arabic and English
Engage Decks was built Arabic first. The interface and the slides work in Arabic and English with correct right-to-left text, your deck can be made available in the other language with one button, and audience answers can be translated live between Arabic and English. That matters when a room in Riyadh or Jeddah mixes both.
Who uses it
- Trainers and facilitators who want every person in the workshop to contribute, not only the loudest.
- Teachers who check understanding with a quick quiz after each idea.
- Team leads running all-hands, retrospectives and planning sessions.
- Event organisers and speakers who want questions from the whole hall, not three raised hands.
